Apparently Fergie picked the perfect name for her debut fragrance, Outspoken. The perfume has been reported to be the top-selling fragrance in the history of Avon.

That's quite a feat for the Black Eyed Peas singer, who told StyleList, "I couldn't be happier to be working with a brand with such a strong reputation for supporting women." She worked with Avon for two years to create the scent because she wanted to make sure it was perfect.
